2. Row Limits, Payment & Access

You receive 100 free rows to try Spreadsheet Import. To import unlimited rows, you must purchase Lifetime Access ($49 one-time payment). All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Free row limits are provided per account and do not expire. Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and never expires. Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Limitations of Liability

The Spreadsheet Import tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the tool.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the tool after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
