When you create an account or sign in to the Extension, we collect:

• A unique user identifier generated by our authentication system
• Session tokens used to maintain your signed-in state across browser sessions

1.2 Color Preference Data

To deliver the core functionality of the Extension, we collect and store:

• Cell and row colors you apply within Airtable
• Airtable base IDs, table IDs, and view IDs, used to restore your colors in the correct context
• Timestamps associated with color application events

1.3 License and Subscription Information

For users on a Pro subscription, we collect:

• License key and activation status
• License validation timestamps
• Subscription status (active or expired)

1.4 Usage Information

We collect limited, anonymized analytics to understand how the Extension is used. This includes:

• Extension installation and uninstallation events
• Feature interaction events (such as popup opens, color applications, and sign-in/sign-out actions)
• Analytics are associated with an anonymous identifier, not your email address or personal account.

1.5 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect the following:

• The content of your Airtable records, field names, or cell values
• Your passwords (authentication is handled securely by Supabase Auth)
• Your browsing history outside of Airtable.com
• Payment card numbers or financial account information (payment processing is handled directly by our payment processor)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

2.1 Providing and Maintaining the Extension

• Authenticating your account and maintaining your session across devices
• Storing and restoring your color preferences across sessions, page refreshes, sorts, and filters
• Synchronizing color preferences across multiple Chrome browsers when you are signed in

2.2 Subscription Management

• Validating your Pro subscription status on a daily basis to ensure accurate access to Pro features
• Enforcing usage limits applicable to free-tier accounts

2.3 Product Improvement and Support

• Analyzing aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve the Extension's features and performance
• Diagnosing technical issues when reported by users

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating and improving the Extension.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in two locations:

• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS
• Database access is controlled by Row Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring that users can only access their own data
• Session tokens are automatically refreshed and expire after a period of inactivity
• We rely on industry-standard security infrastructure provided by Supabase

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

3.3 Data Retention

• Active accounts: Data is retained for as long as your account is active and you continue to use the Extension
• Inactive accounts: Data associated with accounts inactive for more than two years may be deleted
• Deleted accounts: All personal data associated with a deleted account will be removed within 30 days of a verified deletion request

4. Disclosure of Your Information

• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Right to data portability: Request an export of your color preferences and account data
• Right to withdraw consent: You may uninstall the Extension at any time, which stops all future data collection

Note that analytics data is collected using an anonymous identifier and cannot be linked back to you after collection. As a result, we may be unable to delete analytics events from aggregate records.

6. Chrome Extension Permissions

The Extension requests the following browser permissions. Each permission is used solely for the purpose described below:

• storage: Saves your color preferences and session data locally in your browser
• activeTab: Allows the Extension to interact with the active Airtable tab to detect cell selections and apply colors
• alarms: Schedules a daily background check (every 24 hours) to validate Pro license status
• notifications: Displays a browser notification when your Pro subscription is approaching expiration
• airtable.com: Restricts Extension operation exclusively to Airtable domains

7. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will take prompt steps to delete it. 8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you are accessing the Extension from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where Supabase's infrastructure is located. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.

By using the Extension, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
